Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:

  1. All Custom items are produced to the specifications detailed by the customer, and the customer is provided with 'proof' photos to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.
  2. If the customer deems the custom item unsuitable after recieving the item, the item can be returned to Harlot for investigation leading to replacement, refund or credit. The customer pays return postage.
  3. Items if returned within 28 days and in the condition they arrive with the customer will be accepted, and either replaced or refunded.
  4. Any refunds will be credited back to the customer utilizing the payment method used to pay for the original order plus any postage the customer may have paid in order to return the item. (Please include evidence of price of postage)

Shipping Policy:

  1. We aim to package and ship your ordered product within 3 days of purchase.
  2. Custom Orders can take upto 3 weeks to produce and 3 days to deliver, so please keep this in mind.
  3. Every item in the store is £1.50 for the initial item, and a 50p charge for every additional item.
  4. Orders are bubble wrapped and packaged securely.
  5. We ship to the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class.
  6. We can ship Worldwide by request by Royal Mail couriers.
  7. Special Delivery, Next Day and Courier Services are available on request.
